Purple Deck Media envisions a society that can have access to information from anywhere without the need to search, feeding the hunger for rapid access to accurate information.

Our Team

James H. Sulfare, Jr.

CEO, Co-Founder

James' years of extensive knowledge of business, technology, and marketing consulting allows for solutions and results that will enable Purple Deck Media to reach both short and long term goals. James has served in the US Navy, where he achieved the rank of Petty Officer 2nd Class. After his time in the service he provided technology consulting to Japanese firms before returning to the US and launching, Solinkit, LLC a technology consulting and development firm, which specializes in managed services for medical facilities, emergency response, school districts, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations. His many years as an entrepreneur, consultant, and project manager tied with his military background ensure proper leadership and success for Purple Deck Media and our clients.

Nathan J. Neil

COO, Co-Founder

Nathan brings a strong project management background to the team. Having acted as Project Manager at Solinkit, LLC with James he has worked on a multitude of large scale projects and implementations. Nathan is a Shippensburg University Graduate from the John L. Grove College of Business and has been inducted into Order of Omega. A member of the Project Management Institute, Nathan specializes in web and mobile development management. Along with his project management experience he also has a strong security background and is a member of an organization that is a think tank group for the Department of Defense and FBI.

Daniel Shope

CTO, Co-Founder

Dan leads the technical direction of product development and manages the software engineering team. He is focused on the design, prototyping, and testing of mobile applications, and acquisition of key technologies to advance the product line. Dan brings a wide array of both engineering and product development experience to the team, with over a decade of programming experience developing software for desktop applications, web based content management systems, mobile applications, and embedded firmware. He has a background with interdisciplinary engineering in the robotics industry, producing functional prototypes for new products ranging from automated mining equipment, agricultural safety systems, to commercial and home robotics. Dan attended Carnegie Mellon University to earn dual degrees in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering.

Dr. Michael T. Marsh

Dr. Marsh is Professor Emeritus in Management Information Systems at the John L. Grove College of Business, Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. His academic credentials include a M.S. in Computer Science (Naval Postgraduate School) and a Doctorate in Decision Sciences (The Ohio State University). Dr. Marsh’s primary academic interests are Cybersecurity, Computer Programming, and Emerging Information Technology. He holds four security-related certifications including Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP). Dr. Marsh has written and been the project director for several significant technology grants. He is also a retired Navy Commander having served on destroyers and specialized in weapon systems operations and software development. After leaving active faculty status in 2016, he and his wife, Barbara, relocated to Pinehurst, NC where he serves on the Village Planning & Zoning Board and teaches part-time at local universities.
